Friction Stir Welding table machines
TRA-C Industrie provides you with FSW table machines. These allow welding along the X and Y axes and are suitable for small parts. The table machines have force and position control on all four axes. They allow different controls for welding speed, rotation, and movement. At the same time, it has different components that guarantee the safety of the workers.
Machines for research and development
Ideal for training centers, laboratories or research and development departments, our table machines offer a standard approach to FSW processes. Additional tools can be added upon request. For example, our engineers have the expertise to create Siemens interfaces for different customer needs.
FSW Gantry Machines
The gantry machines of TRA-C Industrie are intended for production. They have a table that follows the X axis and a welding head that follows the Y and Z axes. They allow the production of larger parts thanks to their large table. Thanks to their high welding speed, they considerably increase productivity.
FSW machines for production
Thanks to their characteristics, the gantry machines of the FSW process of TRA-C Industrie allow the production of small, medium, and large series. With them, you benefit from the innovative technology of the solid-state welding process. For example, we are able to design a remote-control panel according to the different requirements of our customers.
Rail-mounted FSW machines for large-scale production
As a leading company in the field of friction stir welding, we are able to design, manufacture and install your FSW machines.
