Acquisition of Jacques Soudure

As part of its strategic plan, 2018-2021, TRA-C industrie is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of Jacques Soudure, company based in Issoudun (France – 36), specialized in high added-value parts for the aeronautical field.

Thanks to this acquisition the group will now totalize more than 120 employees with a consolidated turnover of nearly 18 M€.

TRA-C industrie group will have access to EN ISO 9100 certification and is expanding its customer portfolio by becoming supplier for the civilian and defense aeronautical field.
